Wednesday Workouts!

I just got back from the gym.  3.2 miles on the  TM including .6 in hill work.  .15 @ 7.5%; .15 @8.5 %; .15 @ 9.5% and .15@ 10%.  I then did some leg work and stretching.

How did you do on this wonderful hump day.

Eight miler at 9:45 per.

took the bike out for a spin in the hills, 27+ miles a little over an hour and a half... felt good to hit the road again, even if it was a *****illy....
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Got in about 3 miles on the running side of things. All bundled up so I wouldn't freeze and dealing with a little stiffness in the knee's from yesterdays fall. All in all a good run.

2 miles on the treadmill.

It's a busy time of year, but I'm following Scott's lead and fitting in what I can.

Yesterday was leg day:

3 sets of plie squats
3 sets of leg press on the big leg press machine - no weight, but I'm guessing the bar weighs about 30 pounds
3 sets of calf raises on leg press
3 sets of 1 minute each on both adductor and abductor
3 sets of split leg lunges

****Got pregnant in May 2011 but lost the baby in August 2011...Gained some weight so trying to get back on track...I hate PCOS.
