Take a walk and possibly start a strengh training program (if I can find my book).
Without struggle, there is no progress.

Starting back into it since school's out for a few weeks...

30 minutes on the TM today.  Managed 3.43 miles with three 1-minute intervals.  Speed's still okay, but the endurance is about gone.  Going to only do 30-min runs this week to ease back in the running and see what next week brings.

I did almost a 3 mile run. Does running around in the store after two toddlers trying to find christmas presents count as exercise? If so, It was more like a cajillion miles.
