Saturday Workouts
My plan for today was 3.1 but I changed my mind to make it a rest day. Instead I did 1.1 miles in a really slow 11:40. It's good because my knee was a bit twingy.

45-minute spin class and 1 mile on the treadmill.

I was supposed to do a 2.5 hour bike ride. The weather was horrible and I just couldn't get myself out of the house to do it.
So tomorrow rain or shine I guess I'm doubling up.
I have a 2.5 hour ride to do and an 80 minute run.
ugh.
I guess that's what I get for slacking.

The first time you do something - It's going to be a personal record!
The weather was cold, but not bad for this time of the year. Started out with a plan to do 3.5 miles, but just as we finished the third loop I kept going, surprising my running partner, and we decided to do the half loop to tackle our hill for the forth time. We ended up going 4.9 miles in 50:15. Felt nice to get some extra mileage.
