 4 miles -- it's 16* and feels like 2 with the wind chill.  we got a dusting of snow last night making it just bad enough to force you to run slow/change your stride yet not enough to be able to wear the YackTrax without screwing them up.  Oh well, 16-20 miler this weekend, praying to not be on the dreadmill!!!!!

Considerable cloudiness with occasional rain showers. Low 38F. Winds E at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 60%, and I have to swim 2300 yards tonight. Damn it's going to be cold.


On days like today, I want an indoor pool!!!!
I can't slack on this either, because my swimming sucks.
Being in the water won't be nearly as bad as getting out of the water.

I bet I turn in my fastest sprint of the year going from the pool to the locker room.

Swam 2000 Meters in 33:16... One last lite run tomorrow then Saturday off, then MARATHON Time!!! I got BIG hopes for this one. Sub 4 maybe? We will see....

good luck on that race =]

50min treadmill....increased "starting speed" from 3.8 to 4.0 mph. final speed 4.8mph, walking

3.8mph used to be my top speed. now i can jump on the tread and start above it. great

33 minutes of weights (back, bicep, shoulders), 35 minutes on the stairmaster (158 floors), and then a 65 minute spin (25.5 miles)...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

45 minutes with the weights (chest & abs) then 2.5 mile run (21:43).
