hump day workouts

did 38 minutes of weights (chest/tri), then PR'd a 5K on the TM in with sub 8 min miles (24:26), finished out the run at a lighter pace for a total of 30 minutes, then did a spin for 65 minutes.

Planned on going to the gym but mother nature changed my plans. 8" of heavy, wet snow!! So, since I was going to miss my workout, I ditched the snowblower and shoveled 185' of driveway!!
Oh, my achin' body.......I wish I'd gone to the gym!!

Going this evening and planning to do 25 minutes on the stationary bike followed by legs back and abs. Probably 2 exercises per muscle group 2 sets of 10 or 12 reps. So, that's the plan.
