welcome!  i agree with other posters, i set stretch goals and sign up for races where i may or may not be able to complete them, then i train like hell and find out that the race was really easy.  after i'm done, i continue the cycle....
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

Thaks to everyone's replies, I feel very welcomed.  It seems like everyone is very much into running either on the treadmill or outside.  I'm not much for running, but will take everyones advice and try to set some goals that would stretch me a little further - like doing a full set of REAL pushups or holding my Plank for a minute, etc....

Can't wait to be a regular "poster".
