Tuesday workouts
Taper for White Rock Marathon this week. Ran 2.5 miles in 20 minutes at 7.5MPH then Swam 1000 meters in 17:30, nice and smooth. Hope everyone is wwell and will talk to you soon...

I just got back from 2.75 miles with two repeats @7:20 and 8:20. I have to decrease that gap but am still pleased with the times.

3.5 @ 8:45 but the first 1.25 was low 8:xx/hi 7:xx!!!!! My running partner couldn't keep up ;)
Tomorrow going to try to do 10 or so (make up for being 3 miles short Sunday). Feeling great and loving this 20-30 degree weather we're having. So perfect for running! Now I just hope we avoid the stupid white stuff!!!!!

Today was a 1-hour conditioning class that's going to paralyze my arms by morning. I think we did 100+ push-ups in between jump roping, squat thrusts, jumping jacks, etc.

due to reasons beyond my control i had a super long day and its ending Wendsday morning instead of last night when i was supposed to work out. had to get it in this morning
45min powerwalk....final walking speed 4.8mph. however that was but a few mins. 4.6 most of the other time
weighed myself. over 200lbs lost now

Ugh. I tried to do the Track workout but I had PT in the morning and I was thrashed after 1 mile. This injury is DRIVING ME CRAZY!!
