At what weight did you start running?

I was around 180. I used the Couch-to-5K program and it's the only thing that's ever worked for me. I had tried jogging before when I was younger and at lower weights with no success. But the Couch-to-5K program gets you going gradually and that was the ticket for me.

 I started at 260lbs  using couch to 5k.  I am doing it all over again after running my first race so I can get my speed up.
