5 mile run on the treadmill, mixed in some elevation and some sprints.
May do some work on the bike trainer tonight after Cub Scouts.  But it's pretty cold out there, not sure if I will brave the garage or not.  I would like to think I will, but I have been a wuss when it comes to cold weather since my surgery.

I did my longest run ever... 10 miles on the treadmill in 1:40.  I'm starting to think that I'm going to sign up for a half iron man coming up in June and just wanted to see if I could do 10 miles.

Ran 4 miles on the treadmill followed by a 1-hour spin class.

I was able to do six 400 meter intervals at 8:30 pace, without any hamstring pain, so I'll be getting back into my normal training routine!  Yippee!

That's great news Cassie!  I'm glad to hear that.  My hamstring has been much less problematic so I'm upping the running a bit....little by little.
