Ran 3.25 miles in the wind this morning.  Wasn't bad!!

50 minutes of weights (chest/tri/core), 45 minute run on the TM for 5.13 miles, 10 minute walk (warm-up/cool-down), and then a 65 minute spin on the stationary bike...

might take the next two days off to rest...
