You are doing great!  I only started off by walking at first and then added running and a little recreational biking during the summertime.  As long as you continue to crank up your intensity and your time, you will be in athletic shape in no time.  Congrats on your success thus far!  Don't take it for granted how far you have already come.

Way to go! My advise is don't under estimate your self and what you can do. I ran a full marathon Nov. , 2 years ago I was celebrating running a mile with out stopping. Be steady, try not to over do it and listen to your body. It will let you know when your over doing it.

Thanks for all the advice! I am trying to keep everything nice and steady and not push things to hard. I really, REALLY want to advoid any injuries!
