Well, this will teach me not to use the cheater bar on the treadmill and to stop when I first feel the pain. Now I am on anti-inflamatories and vicodin. They want me to do physical therapy as well. Do you guys have any pointers on how to get some excersie in while this is healing? I have my first 1/2 marathon in May and don't want to fall to far behind in my training.

When you do PT, they'll give you specific exercises and also tell you want you can and cannot do with your particular injury.

Stay away from the NSAIDS (Anti-inflamatories) they will cause ulcers in your pouch. Tylenol, rest and PT will help you get back on the road. That sounds like a painful injury. Heal well.... Recumbent bike might be the best thing for you right now
