great info!

thanks i will be using it. right now i do 50mins on a treadmill so probably don't need all this stuff as i have a fairly average diet and feel great. but if i'm to keep going further, faster, longer....i'm pretty sure my current diet of tortilla chips, mexican bread, and mashed potatoes will have to be altered

not to mention the popcorn and cookies (low fat) and chicken noodle soup

however, i feel great, have more energy and stamina, am losing weight,  and am taking my vitamins regularly

so, onward and upward
