Just got back from 3 miles on the road of death.  Tough road to run on.  Blind curves, people go 50 to 55 in a 35 zone (me too) and there is no shoulder.  You have to run on the actual road.

Anyway, it was a good run.  The out part was quick and fun.  The back part was a bit slower with more up hill.

What did you do today?

I celebrated my birthday today with an 8.5 mile run with friends.  Now that the hamstring is about 85%, I was able to run almost all of it.

Happy Birthday, Cassie.  Good to see that the hamstring is getting better.  Nice to get out and do those long runs with your friends.

30 minute run on the TM, 3.35 miles, 10 minutes of walking, and then a 65 minute spin on the stationary bike... felt a bit sluggish after two days rest (and leftovers!) but good to get back to work.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.

I did a half mile run to warm up and then did a total body workout in the weight room.
