This morning I braves the 25+ mph wind and got in a 3.1 mile run.  That was big for me because I am usually a weather whimp.

The weather was a surprise this morning on the East Coast.  Winter's on its way....

This morning I hit the gym for a 45-minute spin class, 2 mile run and focused hamstring stretching.

resting today and yesterday after the half... hitting the gym tomorrow morning or taking a longish ride (2-3 hours) depending on weather tomorrow.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Like Scott I braved the high winds (25-35MPH) and hit the trail this morning for 9 miles at avg 9:33 pace.

Exercised my daughter (almost 9 and skinny fat) and ran/walked my son in his stroller.  That's hard work when it's not a jogger, those are easier, but either way it's a workout!

 Still chugging along on my training stuff.  My shorter runs are getting considerably faster: today was 2.89 miles @ 8:45 with an all out sprint at the end.
Got to get back to grinding the longer miles though -- holidays & girlfriend are making that a little difficult.  7 weeks to Disney!

Nice job Dan.  Girlfriends have a way of doing that.  I am having Disney withdrawls already and like you said, it's still 7 weeks away.

Went on a 25 mile bike ride. It was supposed to be a 33 mile ride but our group got split off from the main group and only one person had written directions -- which were from last week, not this week!

Actually, I had directions too, but I knew mine were wrong!

I also braved the cold.  Ran 4 miles around the neighborhood .  Really love my glittens.  They keep the hands toasty throughout the run.
