What's Up Guys????

Hey Everyone,

    I am incognito living it up in So Cal! I will post in a day or so, we are heading to Disneyland now for the day. I hope all is well with everyone, I hope everyonme has a Happy Thanksgiving, as we ALL have so much to be Thankful  for...I managed to get a 2500M swim in this morning which felt great, and this race director is hounding me down here to do the "Triple Challenge" this weekend. A Full Marathon Friday, Saturday, and Sunday... I am seriously considering it. We will see what happens, but I will do at least 1. Catch ya'll later... 

that's pretty hard-core man.  and to think that i'm pretty nervous about a half marathon the day after tomorrow. :)
