creatine?
I have never used it and have been lifting for about 20 years. My goal now is to keep an honest amount of muscle. Just enough to burn some calories for me when I rest. The one thing that I do know about it is that you need to drink more water than you usually do if you take it.

I take 150-175G of protein, creatine, glutamine, nitric oxide, daily and have gained ALOT of strength and mass as a result. As previously stated, you must increase your fluid intake, but if you do that, it will help with strength and moreson with speedy recovery!
