Monday workouts

 I did a five mile walk.  I had to stop and stretch out my right hamstring a few times but I made it.  I really wanted to jog or run but I resisted temptation and only walked.

Today was an hour spin class.  The instructor is dedicated.  She's doing a special class for the regulars Wednesday before Thanksgiving and Friday to counteract the Thanksgiving Day feast.
