Weights-Chest, Back, Shoulders and Arms.
Spin Class- 45 minutes and 1 mile run 9:51!!
I finlly broke the 10 minute mile!! Wow!!
Only took 3 years!!!

Great to hear from you bro! I will be in California on Monday and I am running a Half Marathon in Seal Beach next Friday, and a Full marathon Saturday... You should come do the half! I swam 2000 Meters today and am about to hit the road for my 16 hour drive to AZ. Have a good one!
