I taught a "Boot Camp" type class this morning, and absolutely anialated mine and those poor women's legs, this evening I had the most annoying a drab run on the treadmill (It really felt like a death march) 7.5 miles in 1:03:17... Have a good one!

2000 yards in the pool.  Going to be hitting the pool a lot.  I feel like it is my weakest event and needs the most work.
