Tuesday Workouts

I didn't doing anything specific but I did yard work from about 10am to about 4:30pm.  It was a pretty good calorie burning day.

I attended my first spinning class...it was both defeating and invigorating, but I did not quit.  I just kept telling myself that each workout will only get a little easier.

Hubby and I did a quick 4 mile run.  We are trying to stay loose for our 1/2 marathon on Sunday.

did a bit more than 40 minutes of weights (chest/tri), then a nice solid 65 minute spin on the stationary bike (av. 23 MPH). 
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

I did a four mile run after work after taking about 5 days off for a foot problem.  Apparently that wasn't enough...the run felt FANTASTIC and so good to be running again.  As soon as I finished...oh my sweet and sour Jesus the foot pain!  Still hurts today, the podiatrist can't get me in for 2 weeks so in the meantime I'm off to see if my chiro can do anything.  Guess I need to take more rest time...it's just so hard with my next half only 2 months away.
