Monday Workouts.

I did my 1/2 hour run, but I gotta tell you, It was hard. I pushed through it, but I won't say it was the best run ever. I don't think I'd had enough to eat or drink today to actually pull off taking a run. Lesson learned. I need fuel if I'm going to run.
