I just got back from a 3.5 mile run.  It was okay but I am still having trouble with tight legs.  I will try stretching more at work where I have a post without much moving.

How did you do today?

8 miles on the treadmill sucks while you are doing it but it is fun to tell people about.  Good luck.

I take a dance class on Monday nights.  We spend the first half of the class doing stretches, crunches, and butt exercised, then we dance.  All in all, a great workout!!

I took it easy last week to rest my knee and foot.  Today I went and did 3.5 miles.  I was half way into it when my right hamstring cramped.  The cramp was so bad that I almost couldn't even walk.  My right knee felt very unstable at first.  It got a little better.   At least I did something.

Today, I ran 2 miles on the treadmill before my 60-minute spin class.  The instructor must have had a feast this weekend, because she punished us by eliminating the rest intervals from the workout.  We pedaled ourselves into puddles.

good workout tonight... i was able to get in 8 miles on the TM in around an hour and twelve minutes which is right on a 9:00 mile pace.  i then did a nice solid spin on the stationary bike for 35 minutes.  knee held up fairly well, but is still sore (better than the last time i did 8 miles)...

This morning I got in a pretty solid Tri & Shoulder workout. I went back to the gym this evening and ran 7.5 miles in 1:02:00, did a 45 minute spin, soaked in the dry sauna, and here I am. Have a great evening all....
