Hey Guys,

I had to share... One of my goals was to run a sub-20 minute 5k... Well tonight I did it!!! All-be-it on a treadmill, but I ran 3.1 miles in 19:01 which is a PR by almost 3 minutes!!!!! I was just feelin it today. It really felt good  to stretch out my stride, I rarely do that. Anyways, I am a VERY happy camper. Have a good evening all...

Thanks a million! I just wish I could SEE the transformation in the mirror. I am hovering around 10% body fat but have to tuck my skin in my pants everyday. That will be handled next year, then the transformation will have come full-circle. Thanks for the kind words...

Congrats, Dan!  That must have felt awesome.  I will have to try stretching my stride one of these days . . . I would love to be able to do a 3 mile run in under 20.  It's great to have fitness goals to keep us motivated.  Can't wait to see what you come up with for next year . . . aside from resolving the skin issues, that is, that's gotta suck.
