1/2 hour run at lunch today
then 1 1/2 hours on the bike trainer tonight.

4 mile run in my neighborhood today. Have to admit that I am tired of the rain!

I admire your dedication! I've been looking out my front window hoping the rain will slow down some before I take a run. I've been feeling so cold since last night the idea of being cold and wet is just not appealing! Guess I'll just suck it up and get a run in. (I'll be taking a HOT shower afterwards though!)

heading to the gym later today... but man, it's one of those days where you just feel like bagging it (i.e., your head isn't in to it).  i will go and at least get some weights in and see if i feel up to cardio today...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

Nothing.  Not even pushups today, my knees are talking, talking talking, especially the left.

I got my new shoes but it will be at least three days before I walk/run in them.  Fingers crossed!  It's so odd not to do anything.

Back to watching carbs............no fun not working out, have to eat like fat person wanting to be thin again.

At least you've made the connection between No exercise= Reduce calorie intake. A LOT of people are never that self-aware, so I say KUDOS to you! :)

Thanks, it didn't go exactly as planned, my body was really hungry yesterday but it had a tough week.  Definitely going to cut back a little further today, and hope this water flushes out, I am holding some major water, it must be from the injury, it's the only logical explanation, because between Tues and Weds I gained 5 lbs and they haven't dropped off despite eating right.  

I will learn how to maintain with injuries..........yuck!

FYI, your days off it is almost MORE important to eat enough than the days you are working out, in terms of protein and carbs... Your muscles grow and repair in the days following a workout. Be sure not to skimp on your proteins fats and carbs... My 2 cents

Thanks Dan maybe that's why I was STARVING yesterday it kind of freaked me out.

I ate all day long but made good choices.  But I'm not one to ignore hunger since I don't typically experience it that often..........

Hopefully the appetite slows down today.
