Hi.....first injury need help--long--sorry

I forgot to add that my upper body often hurts so I don't even want to do pushups or lift weights!

I don't have a water bottle gizmo so I carry water and switch hands, I know that's causing the "pain" like I lifted weights.  It's building muscle though!

Great idea it's the perfect weather to look for indoor options.......I have rented some and never used, but that was then........this is now!
