I did 35 minutes on the elliptical machine, 50 minute spin class and a 1 hour kick boxing class. I was hoping to sweat out whatever I'm coming down with but I don't think it worked :-(

I did a half hour run (did a new personal record on the mile as well!) Once I get a little better I'll start going a little farther as well.  Want to do a half hour ride on the bike, and then some total gym workouts tonight.

BIFFED IT

...Picked myself up and completed the remaining 2.55 miles.

Luckily my chest broke the fall.

I'm SUPPOSED to be an A-cup, right????

5 miles on the TM @ an average pace of around 8:38 or so... just over 43 minutes.

Had to cut the workout short after that due to knee issue and a rare energy bonk...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??
