Veterans Day Workouts!!!

I did 2 mile repeats as that was all the time I had.  No watch but I would guess the first was in the 8:20 range and the second in the 8:40 range.  1/4 mile warm up and cool down.  I will hit the gym for some stair climbing and upper body work on my way to work.

How did you do today?

Did 4 miles at 9:26 pace. Last tough workout before Rock and Roll San Antonio 1/2 Marathon on Sunday. I was supposed to run it at race pace which is 10:10, but I felt good and pushed the quicker pace. I am ready for the race. Easy 30 minute jog on Friday then race on Sunday.

Thanks Debbie. I am really looking forward to it. Dont know what  to think about 30,000 runners since I am from a town of 5000, but I am excited none the less.

I got up early this morning and walked 2 miles and a 4.0 pace with a little jogging in there.  I will walk another 4 miles tonight after work.  It feels so good!

I ran 6.13 miles at a 10:36 pace. Hoping to make a spin class after work.

Scheduled for a 3 mile run. Meant to do it this morning, but went to a seminar about rewiring the brain after weight loss surgery instead. So I am going to run this afternoon!

did 40 minutes of weights (back, bi, and shoulders), 65 minute of intervals on the stationary bike, then finished with a 1400 meter swim...

I walked 5 miles today with my coworker; we think it was 1.5 hours but we aren't totally certain about the start time:)
