9 mile trail run - race report

Now that sounds like fun!  Well, except for the falls and scrapes . . . hope you and your dad are recovering well!

 Great report.  I want to do some trail races as I've heard great things about them.  Worse thing is the potential for falling which sounds like you and your dad took every advantage of.  Glad to hear nothing too major
