Good Deal! I can start working on getting the domain and getting logos etc... We also need to explore having dues... Websites cost money and shirts and other goodies with the team name we want to have. Do we need to have officers for the club, or just have everyone pay dues and let a couple people take care of administration? We need to put some thought into this...

Hey Dan,

Since you have had shirts done, do you know the costs for the different type of shirts?

Maybe start with something simple like some tech shirts.

Did you say you had a design in mind?

Let me know what you need, be glad to help.

Post-Op PRs here we come. I am so excited. I do think we need to pay a dues to get everything going. You never know. Perhaps eventually we can have sponsors help with some of the costs. If we could put on a tri sometime, I think we could fit into everyones fitness strength by allowing relays. Then perhaps in the off season we could host a marathon/half marathon. I will help wherever I can. It will be neat to get tri gear and running gear with  the logo. Just let me know whatever yall need me to do.

Racing gear.
The local Tri-shop just placed an order for a variety of triathlon and cycling gear.
They have a muti faceted team they are starting.  They ordered a kit that was pure cycling and one for triathlons.

They ordered from Louis Garneau

http://www.louisgarneau-custom.com/design/index.asp
He said they have been excellent to work with.  Keep in contact with him on a daily basis and provide updates on the status.
He said they were a little more expensive but that he likes their quality.

He also recommended looking at
Champion System
http://champ-sys.com/custom/triathlon
He said they are a more affordable option, if cost is the determining factor.

Now this stuff isn't cheap, but it also isn't a pair of shorts and a t-shirt from Wal-Mart

I think we should just stick with shirts for now... Not everyone here rides or does Tri's, so the LG thing is cool, but maybe not applicable  for everyone. There is nothing wrong with getting some for those of us who do though...

If we decide on some artwork, you can always submit it yourself and get one made.
I might do that later on.  But the technical T would be a good starting point.

If we don't get sponsors, we will not have a need for big bulky Tri suits, so I think we should defer to this as our "Suit-of-choice"....(Very Aero)

It might be hard to fit a logo on that one.

Of course all of us guys will have extra room in the front.  Gotta have room to make sure the twig and berries are secure, don't want any seat pinches.  We could put the logo right there.
