Fastest Time Ever!

Hey, all! I just had to celebrate--I ran my 4.2 mile route at an 8 min. 20 second pace, which is the fastest time I have ever had! I can't believe the difference a few pounds makes on the overall time. It's crazy! When I started running I think my time was 13 minutes!

Awesome!  That's certainly a pace to celebrate!  With that kind of speed, you may be closing in on some bling at your next 5K race.

Pounds DO make a difference, but don't sale yourself short on the hard work you have put in. I would say that, by far lead to the greatest part of your improvement.... WAY TO GO!!!

Way to go!  I can only imagine running at a pace like that.  I'm in the turtle group for sure...but I'm proud to be there and not on the couch instead.  You've done a really good job.  Be proud of yourself.
