What's up  everyone??? Today I rode 30.6 miles and averaged 20.6 MPH on some hills and moderate wind. It was a solid ride. What did you all do today?

Yippee!  I got in a 3-mile run on the treadmill without pain.  It was slow, but I'll take it.

I walked 45 minutes on a paved path and then went to the gym and did 30 minutes eliptical.

So far today, I've done a 1/2 hour walk/run, A 1/2 hour walk and will do some work on the total gym later tonight.

I checked out another gym tonight.  Ran 5 miles on the dreadmill.  Won't be going back to the gym even though it's less than a mile from the house.  So my commute continues....

I tried a Masters Swim Class. The instructor called in sick though! I may try it again when he's there.

I took a day off. I went to Krav Maga class on Monday night and it whooped my butt. I've realized that maybe taking a four day break is a bad idea because it was hard getting back into the groove.
