"Hard things take time to do. Impossible things take a little longer."
Sorry I'm new here, not sure of my actual distance, about 3.7 miles running today is my best guess. I could have run a lot further I think but ran out of time..........lunch run. I either have to get faster or take a longer lunch to get my 5 miles in and change clothes in and out.............
Good problems to ponder.

I started with 15 minutes on the stair climber followed by some shoulder and back work. I then ended with a 7:45 mile to raise my running streak to 5 days.

Crossfit doing something called a Lemon Drop. Except I didn't do the Medicine Ball Clean because it was aggravating my injury.
Then I had PT and that killed me for the rest of the day. Made me glad I swam yesterday.
