Monday night is Jazz dance class for me.  The intense stretching always feel good after my long runs on Sunday.  The plies that we hold for 8 counts - not so much!!

I hit the gym early this morning:
45-minute spin class
1-mile run on the treadmill

Then, more PT after work
deep tissue massage
ultrasound
iontophoresis

I went to the gym today and ran outside for about two miles before hitting my bi's - tri's and chest.  I ended with 10 minutes on the stair climber while looking out at the ocean.  (took about 20 minutes to get to this gym but the view was worth it.

 We took the  dogs to the trail and did 3.5 miles.  At the 3.5 mile mark we let the dogs drink and wade in the creek.  When finished they immediately header to the truck.....they had enough.  We called it quits after only 3.5 miles.  It was a good walk though.  What a beautiful day.

Went back to the gym this evening and this was my swim workout:

1000M warm up swim

800M Pull with Buoy and paddles

5 x 100M on the 2 minutes

6 x 50M on the 1 minute

5 x 100M on the 1:50s

400M Pull with Buoy and paddles

400M Kick with Fins

200M Cool Down swim                  TOTAL WORKOUT 4100 Meters

 Did an hour water aerobics class, still sore but feel much better than I did this morning.

Recovering today. I went to the gym and pedaled for 15 minutes and did a little upper body and core work out. Nothing to strenuous.

went to the gym after work, had my shoes off, my gear out and the phone rings... my son was in trouble at daycare, so i had to leave and deal with it.  it is really frustrating when you have to skip a workout for emergencies.... i'm planning on a long run tonight in prep for my trail-run this weekend.
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
