It was a beautiful day in Central New York today.  I enjoyed a 4-mile walk with very short running intervals as part of my rehab plan.

Hubby and I went out for a 11 mile run, but wound up doing around 12 - he dropped his cell phone and didn't realize it right away, so we had to run back and get it.

I did a short little 25 minute yoga session to try to loosen up my aching muscles.  It felt pretty good and while I'm still sore, I think it helped.
