1st Half Marathon Complete!!
Thanks for the tip...I've been wondering if it might be something with the way I stride since it happens in both legs so it would be weird to be a muscle pull in the same area in both legs. I am also adding some basic yoga back in to my workouts to stretch things out and open up my hips. I'll have to try the sports physical therapist in town cause there are no running coaches here :)
