Hey Dan, I just read your profile and your story is amazing. What a sense of accomplishment you must of felt during your Louisville Ironman experience.

I weighed 409 lbs. at my highest weight. I had surgery July 30, 2009. I weighed in 101 lbs. less yesterday. I need to start exercising and after reading your story I feel anything is possible.

I am dreaming of running an Ironman race in the next year or so.

Congratulations on all your hard work!

Ok all, it was a lot slower than I was hoping for but you know what:
2 weeks ago I did the Detroit marathon, last week I struggled with the flu, today I did the NYC marathon. I'll takes those 2 weeks!!!!!
Looking forward to writing the report. I'm sore as hell, but you know what I didn't cramp up
NYC is quite the experience. Highly recommend doing this one guys!! It's just a HUGE event and was a very cool way to see NYC!
Going to sleep now, report will be coming shortly.
And Dan, thanks for following/posting. Always good to know my friends here on the fitness board are cheering me on!
