Happy Hallowe'en! 4.76 miles in my neighborhood, some uphill, some down. Can't wait to get into my sexy Black Cat costume! Exercise has made me look a LOT better in tight black pants!

Did a 10.58 mile long run today at 11:10 pace. I wanted to go longer, but I didnt want to push the knee that is finally starting to feel better. I better get the miliage up soon though since the Rock and Roll San Antonio 1/2 Marathon is 2 weeks from Sunday.

I will no longer be a spectator, a dreamer, a wonderer. I AM a doer; not only a goal setter, but a goal achiever. I will lead by example rather than word. I will "DARE GREATLY!"

Spent the morning at the gym this morning:
- 45 minute spin class
- 1-mile test run on the treadmill - tight, but no pain
- strength training full circuit X2 with stretching

Happy Halloweeen!  18 miles for the last run prior to the Rehoboth Marathon.  It was hard and rained the whole time.  But I got through it.  Now just a couple of short 10-12 mie runs left.

Wow, I just can't get over that being a short run.

Good luck with your training and the Rehoboth Marathon.
