Tuesday Workouts

I thought I would start this early so those of us with access can participate early in the day.

Rain out yesterday in central Texas.
Five mile run today.

The PLAN calls for a 6 mile run today. And since I have written it down, I have no excuses and will just get out there in the rain and cold and DO it! At least when I run, I'm never cold!

Rain out down here in south texas as well. Winds gusted to 81 mph yesterday here. It was crazy. And I complain about my 35-40 mph gust when riding.

I did an easy 25 minute run at 5.2 mph at 1% incline at the gym. Leg didnt bother me at all. I need to keep taking it easy and hopefully on Saturday I can get my 15 miler in. Was hoping to get a swim in at lunch today, but I had to deal with a middle school squirmish instead. I will definately swim tomorrow.

45-minute spin class.

Walked 41 minutes 2.83 miles. 30 minutes eliptical 1570 steps.

On tuesday I finally made it to the kickboxing class that I had missed for a few weeks. Glad I did it. Hurting today.
