Started PT today
Rest and cross-training hasn't improved my hamstring, so I started physical therapy today. The therapist detected a thick rope of collagen deep in the hamstring that appears to be the source of the pain and tightness. I knew I was in the right hands when he could trigger the pain with specific manipulations. So, now let the healing begin!
