Great overall message, Dan!  These are the things I try to tell people, but they can't really get it unless they've been there.  Nearly 6 years on this journey and every day brings a little different spin on things.

CONGRATULATIONS ON COMPLETING YOUR GOALS!!!  It's worth the effort EVERY DAY!

Once again, I read something inspiring from you on a day I really need it. I love that you always make mention to your wife and family. Congrats to you and your family!

I was wondering if you could explain the gels and salt tabs to a newbie.

Thank you for documenting your journey. You are such an inspiration!!! Enjoy your time break and your family!!

I agree with Jenny --always like to see Christie mentioned and hear about your kids.  You have made a tremendous change in your life and look at the short amount of time that you have done that!  That is a truly amazing accomplishment!!  And you should be proud of yourself.

Thanks for being an inspiration to all of us.  Duane and I are signed up for our first half marathon on Nov 7th.  I am concerned that I will not be able to do it (that is my mind telling me everything that it's told itself for YEARS).  I am not concerned about my time, or what place I finish ---I just want to finish the race.  Of course, I don't want to be last but hey, where was I sitting last year????  On my butt not doing anything like this.....  yes what a journey this is.

Enjoy your time OFF.  Tell Christie we said hello!!!    ~Alisica~
