Saturday Workouts!!

I ran 5.62 miles on a hilly course. Man, my quads and calves got a workout!! But it was a beautiful day to be out there!

Today was 1-hour spin class, followed by a complete strength training circuit (arms & legs).

I walked 45 minutes in the rain and then decided to try jogging again. I only did 2 minutes and it still doesn't feel right. I feel like a 300 pound lead weight. I will keep trying. As I lose more weight maybe it will be easier.

I did my first long training day- 6 miles! Boy, did it feel awesome!

Ran a 10-mile practice run.  Had to run solo since my running partner was off to Chicago.  Kept a good pace (for this old guy) and finished with a good kick.

10k today for the Nike+ Human Race!  Woot !!  Go me... I did it all by my lonesome self since my running bud was out of town.  Pretty proud of myself for that!
