What do you guys think about forming a team.  With us spread all over the country we could have people racing in a lot of different events.

I just noticed that Nuun was sponsoring for next year

Any interest?????

I thought it would be cool to put together a loosely knit team.  Something revolving around the fact that we all have huge weight loss success stories.

How many teams could say something like that.
Our team lost more weight than your team weighs, including your bikes and gear ;-)

I am interested. I really believe that if we could get 10 or so of us with a weight loss of about a ton, that would be something that many companies would be willing to look at. Doing this would be an awesome way to get the word out to those obese or even just unfit people that feel that a lifestyle of health and fitness is an impossible dream is in fact something very attainable. I lived the majority of my life feeling sorry for myself. I am never going to live that way again and I want to help anyone and everyone do the same. I dont just race for myself, but for anyone else it may inspire. ea. count me in as ne who has lost 260 pounds!

totally on board for something like this -- i just don't have time right now to do any of the organizational work on this thing.  You tell what you need/want and I'll do everything I can though

I agree if we could form a team that had lost a huge amount of weight that would be an awesome selling point.

So I need to know who is interested, how much you weighed at your heavies, how much weight you have lost, and a couple of your biggest events.  I will put it all together and submit the form.

So if you are interested please post the info above.

Thanks
Scott

Thanks man, We are getting quite the impressive totals.  I'll list everything for us to see the weight loss is huge, but when you total all the miles we have done I think that's going to be staggering as well.

Besides Coeur d'Aalene and the Goofy Challenge do you have anything else scheduled or planned yet?
