And yet more running/walking/biking questions.
I am still at the beginning end of the running/walking/biking spectrum, however I have a few questions for you guys that do longer distances. What do you use for hydration and what have you found that works for carrying it. I need some ideas on what people find handy to use as I live out in the boonies and have to travel to the "big city" to get equipment/supplies/ideas etc. So would love to hear some recommendations from people who have btdt.
Thanks
Thanks

For runs less than 8-10 miles I usually just carry a water bottle in my hand. For longer runs, I will drive out and leave bottles along the course to pick up and carry as I go. I do have a Nathan bottle holder that goes around the waist. I don't like the way that it presses on my waist and causes GI distress.

I've tried a number of things. When I run, I use a fuel belt. On the bike I have bottle cages. I do have a camel back but I don't like to use it on a hilly bike ride because it puts stress on my back. It works okay for long bike rides though.
