One year anniversary

One year ago yesterday, I went under the knife at Doctor's Hospital in Dallas.

What a crazy ride it has been!!

Losing over 120 pound, running two half-marathons and greatly anticipating the full marathon in December is just part of the story.  Recovery from the procedure, the foamies, buying a whole new wardrobe (three times), seeing people that do not recognize me, getting up every morning and running.  All of these things and many more make it such a special journey.

The guys and girls have been an integral part of this journey.  I might say too much, but I look at our board all time and gain inspiration from your triumphs and also the difficult times.

Thanks for everything guys!!

Happy Anniversary!  Like you, I think we're very fortunate to have this network of people for support and inspiration.  I think it really makes a difference in our long-term success.  Enjoy your marathon!
