First run after the half on Saturday.  Still a little sore but not bad.
Five miles at an easy pace.  Eighteen miler this weekend yeehaw!!

planned rest day today,  i will train wed, thurs, and fri, rest saturday and then my century ride is on sunday....

Taper for Ironman LOnghorn 70.3 this weekend. I swam 2000M straight in 33:21... I am shooting for sub 30 minutes again in Longhorn.... It will be wetsuit legal!!! Yessssss

 Today is my birthday and I'm taking today off from training.  My legs are tired from yesterdays ten mile run anyway.

I walked 46 minutes outside pushing one child. My pace was way low at 14:38 minute miles. I'm not really sure why I was a good 30 seconds slower per mile.

35 minutes of eliptical at the gym at 5 resistance 26 stride. I think I did 1887 strides. Got there late so couldn't do any more.

Tomorrow here in Michigan it is going to be 66 degrees. I think I am going to walk the kids around the lake a few times. Each lap is 1.16 miles and is a beautiful walk.

30 min run tonight. I am getting over a calf injury from last week.  Finally back to normal now.  Now time to get back to where I was.  I am going to try cyclocross this weekend.  I entered a 3 week cyclocross series.   I can't wait.  It will be fun!!!!
