Off topic need to brag
OK I have to brag about my wonderful daughters for a second.
First my oldest, Nicole. She was selected as the Football Sweetheart for the Homecoming ceremony this week. That is such a special honor. I am so proud of her. She is a straight A student who is battling it out for valedictorian of her class. She is also the head student athletic trainer and a powerlifter. To top it off, when I tried to take her to buy a new dress, she said absolutely not. Why buy a dress she is only going to wear once! I said "WHAT?!?!?!?" What a great kid. Perfect daughter and LOVES Football. She actually wants to be an athletic trainer. Nicole is my cancer survivor who has been through so much in her short 17 years and persevered through it all. She is a prime example of someone who Dares Greatly!
Then there is my baby, Elizabeth. Lizzy is something else. She is another straight A student and is in every sport there is at our school. She is currently in volleyball. She is also an AWESOME sax player. She has been the best one in her class since she started in 6th grade 3 years ago. She is a Freshman and is one of the top 2 already. She always gets the hardest music. This weekend the band participated in the annual Marching Contest. Her band received the highest rating of 1. This is expected of the Sinton Band. Liz is currently practicing for the Regional band tryouts. She has made it the last 2 years in Jr. High and now that she is in high school, she could advance to the Area and State Bands.

Tri Daring Greatly! www.tridaringgreatly.com
I will no longer be a spectator, a dreamer, a wonderer. I AM a doer; not only a goal setter, but a goal achiever. I will lead by example rather than word. I will "DARE GREATLY!"

Kids are always worth bragging about!!!
Thanks for sharing the good stuff with us, not just the training stuff. With Elizabeth and the sax, if she ever has questions I went to the University of Michigan for saxophone performance and I know a thing or two about it, lol. I do know the reputation of Texas bands and have heard quite a few of them
