Monday Workouts

weights for 40 minutes (chest/tri), did a good jog on the TM for 25 minutes (2.7 miles) then a 5 minute walk cool down @ 3.5 MPH, knee felt a little tight but no sharp pains.  then did a nice hard spin on the stationary bike for 65 minutes.  skipped the stairmaster to save the knees...
Where are we going??  And why am I in this handbasket??

right now.  somewhere.  somebody is working harder than you.
