Friday workouts
My groin/inner thigh has been tweaking a bit lately when running around the 4 mile mark and I am trying to hold myself together just long enough to run my first 1/2 on 10/31. Normally on Friday I do a swim but I am limiting all activity except running to try to hold the problem area off from developing into a real problem, hence today became an extra rest day. Trying 9 miles tomorrow.

30 minute easy swim, then whirlpool action for 20 minutes... That was awesome! I have an 18 mile run in the morning and a 2 hour ride in the afternoon probably followed by a 2 mile brick. Have a good one ya'll...
