Monday Workouts Ya'll....
55 minutes of weights (chest/tri/core) including 150 pushups, 34 dips, and 180 crunches... 65 minute hard spin on the stationary bike (25 miles), 10 minute stairmaster until my knee started with sharp pain in the side, and then 30 minute swim (some long, some interval)...
Where are we going?? And why am I in this handbasket??
